Metro Campaign Management (MCM) is the application of the Metro Group that supports Marketing departments. Worldwide, 25 Metro countries rely on MCM to plan, design and execute customers campaigns, based on customer information included in the Metro Data Warehouse.
To the strengthening of our team, we are looking for a specialist in the CRM and Business Intelligence surroundings.
The main focus lies in:
- Analyzing and documenting the business requirements (alignment with the business representatives)
- Producing technical specifications in alignment with product owners and customers.
- Data Warehouse and specific MCM development based on technical specifications.
- Working in close collaboration with colleagues and customers in order to achieve the highest standard in service delivery to the customer.
- Providing support in accordance with priority, impact and SLA.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Good knowledge of relational databases and SQL
Experience with Teradata or Oracle will be a plus
- Very Good Analytical skills
Knowledge of CRM concepts
- Data Warehouse knowledge will be a plus
- Good command of English
